Crimping inspection

1. Use appropriate cold pressed terminals according to the conductor section, and the corresponding specifications are required to be identical.
2. The length of stripped wire insulation layer shall meet the requirements and the length shall be correct.
3. All metal wires of the conductor shall be completely wrapped in the cold pressed terminal without scattered copper wires.
4. The crimping part shall meet the requirements and the crimping part shall be correct.
5. For the strength inspection after crimping, use the calibrated spring tension and compression tester to verify the crimping quality.
6. Inspection of crimping tools. The crimping tools must meet the requirements of fixing strength and be verified every three months. The tools that meet the requirements shall have labels indicating their validity period.
7. Wiring binding: at least once every 400 ~ 500mm during wiring binding.

Wire nose (DT) is often used for cable end connection and continuation, which can make the connection between cable and electrical appliance more firm and safer.
